We are seeking experienced plumbers for a variety of commercial and residential (new and remodel) projects for our rapidly growing East Valley plumbing company.

This is an hourly, non-commissioned position. Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Kowality Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for our rapidly growing East Valley plumbing company. Applicants must have experience leading plumbing crews on a variety of commercial and residential (new and remodel) projects. In this position, the Foremen will be responsible for ensuring that our plumbers adhere to efficiency and quality work, including all aspects of the projects from groundwork to setting fixtures.

The Plumbing Foreman position is hands on and is to safely lead plumbing crews and focus on quality control, customer service, communication, and ensuring that construction schedules are met. Preferred Skills & Requirements:
– 10+ years’ verifiable plumbing trade experience
– Journeyman’s license is a plus
– In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
– Understanding of current plumbing code
– Excellent people skills
– Able to work both independently and as part of a team
– Able to lift 80 pounds
– Able to read blueprints and install plumbing systems in accordance with International & Local building codes
– Neat appearance
– Own hand tools
– Clean driving record
– Pass background check and drug screening
– Email/Computer literate
